For mothers who build
You don't have to choose a season.
A newsletter for mothers who are building something and refusing to put any part of themselves on hold to do it.

"I used to think I had to live my life in seasons. A season for my girls. A different season for me. I no longer believe that to be true"
Ekaete, founder

THE 'ALL IN' PHILOSOPHY
The advice to wait your turn was never written for women like you
Someone told you to focus on your business now and come back to your kids later. Or to be fully present at home and put your ambitions on pause. You've probably realised that's a trade-off you don't want to have to make.
All In is for the mum who refuses to park a part of herself, and who knows that showing up fully in business, at the school gate, and in her own life is simply who she is.
The tension is real
I don't pretend it's easy but I do believe it's worth it. I also believe that you don't have to work it out alone.
Solidarity over advice
No productivity hacks. Just a place to say "this is hard" and hear "I know" from someone who means it.
Builder mothers first
Whether you're moving up the career ladder, founding, freelancing or growing something on the side, you're building. You belong here.
What we talk about
The conversations nobody else is having
The Nursery Drop-Off
Why delegating in your business feels exactly like leaving your baby with someone else for the first time.
The Seasons Lie
The "focus on kids now, career/business later" advice asks you to abandon yourself in instalments.
The Partner Conversation Nobody's Having
What it really takes at home to make building while raising kids sustainable. Honest and a little spicy.
What All In Looks Like on a Regular Tuesday
Not the highlight reel, or the polished social media version. The unglamorous, reality of doing both.
Who's writing
Hi, I'm Ekaete.

I'm a mum of two, a product manager by trade, and the founder of Wrapt AI. I've been building a business, a brand and a career while investing in my kids, and for a long time it felt like I was constantly juggling all of it.
The advice I kept hearing was to 'pick a season'. It resonated with me at first. I closed down a profitable digital consultancy I had built from scratch over three years. I had a healthy client roster and was hiring freelancers, the works. But I felt I had to slow my ambition to be more present as a mum. Then I saw the catch. Every time I chose one thing for a season, I was dropping the ball on another part of my life. After a while, I wasn't okay with knowing I was consistently not making moves on one part of it.
All In is where I say out loud what we're all thinking. We are juggling it all. It's imperfect, but most of us can't afford to wait for the 'right season'. I want to help you find a rhythm that works, get as much out of it as you can, and give yourself some grace along the way.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're already one of us.
